Phase 3, which is located at the western edge of the park, has an existing implemented consent for 500,000 ft² of office and datacentre accommodation. The new application is for 750,000 ft² of office, datacentre, hotel and amenity accommodation, building on the original concept and adding in a range of amenities to complement the business uses on site. Phase 3 is less than 10 minutes walk from West Drayton station, which by 2017 will be a stop on the new Crossrail service bringing Stockley Park within 25 minutes of the City and West End of London.
