Getting Started

For those schools who are committed to self deliver Community Use in their own schools but need assistance in the consultation process with the local community, implimenting watertight operational procedures or setting up the booking and administration system.

Our package consists of:

  • Consultation with stakeholders and interested parties to establish the local need and also highlight opportunities where the community can make best use of the assets to their advantage.
  • Agreeing a pricing structure for community access.
  • Identifying school club links that add value to the schools extra-curricular activities.
  • Establishing a fully populated website, bookings, payment and administration system
  • Implementation of operational documents such as contracts, codes of conduct, terms and conditions, supervisor check sheets etc… in preparation for opening to the community
  • Training for all staff involved in the supervision and administration of community use.
  • Design of a glossy promotional newsletter introducing community use of the schools’s facilities to local people and outlining the scope of their use.
