Newcastle Libraries: Newcastle City Library & High Heaton

The client brief called for modern flexible space for a 21st century Library Service. The new city library building will provide six storeys of accommodation, including multi-media areas, a performance hall and a high-level viewing gallery along with the general public study spaces. At the main entrance is a 4 storey atrium, which will allow visitors to glimpse the whole range of services and activities on offer.
