Founded in 1999, Kajima Partnerships is a property and project finance investment company that delivers and manages innovative buildings for the public sector. Since then, we have completed over 20 PFI public sector projects, all of which are now operational, with a combined value of £400 million.
We have acted as the project sponsor and manager on all these projects, which range across sectors such as education, healthcare, government offices, emergency services and civic facilities. In almost all cases, we continue to retain and manage the investments for the long-term in our portfolio.

We provide a fully integrated service to our clients, working with our trusted partners to manage the whole development process from inception through the design and construction cycles and then during the occupation phase where we continue to manage and maintain all services. Our specialist team of operational managers are experienced in dealing with all ongoing services provided by these projects. They maintain a regular dialogue with each Client to ensure that optimal operational needs and standards are provided at all times.
