Where possible we make our buildings available for use by the local community. This is managed by our dedicated
community & extended use team, who also offer this service to other owners and users. We ensure that
sustainability is fully and properly considered in the design and delivery of our buildings. Development inevitably has an impact on the surrounding area. We work hard to minimise any negative impacts and ensure that our buildings play their part in enhancing the
local environment.
