The school approached Kajima Community to obtain some assistance in maximising and streamlining their lettings management.
The lettings administration, ran by the school’s Business Manager was time consuming with debtors becoming a key issue. The school wanted a simpler way to manage their lettings, to save time and centralise the administration processes.
The school chose to introduce BookingsPlus because of its ease of use and navigation.
Following the implementation of the software, the school are finding the administration of lettings is much easier, especially keeping track of their invoices and payments.
Following the completion of a complete school rebuild, the school plans to start increasing the use of their facilities in the coming months. Allowing the wider community to make use of their brand new facilities will in-turn generate additional income for the school.
