This premier business park comprises over 1.4 million ft² of first class campus-style offices in a parkland setting, designed by some of the world’s best-known architecture practices including Eric Parry, Foster + Partners and Skidmore Owings and Merril. The park’s accessibility to London, Heathrow and the rest of the UK, being only minutes from the M4, M25 and M40, continues to attract and retain some of the world’s leading blue-chip companies including Apple, Canon, Hasbro, Marks & Spencer and GlaxoSmithKline.

Kajima is currently the largest shareholder in the Stockley Park Consortium, which developed the first two phases of the park. Acting as development managers for the Stockley Park Consortium, Kajima secured a successful planning consent for the final phase of development on the park in 2011, Phase 3, comprising 750,000 ft² of office, datacentre, hotel and amenity uses on a 30-acre mature landscaped site.
